We ship worldwide!

United Kingdom -Orders within the U.K. are shipped with Royal Mail and typically take around 1-3 business days to arrive from the day of purchase. If you need your order ASAP, get in touch and we can arrange for next day shipping for an extra £4.

EU and Rest of Europe - DHL Standard tracked service: dispatches next business day. Delivery in 5-8 business days.

Brexit update: customers placing orders from the EU will not be charged any VAT, duty, or local handling fees, ever. The final price you pay will be at the checkout on our site, you will not pay anything extra. We take care of any and all fees.

U.S./Canada - UPS Worldwide tracked Service: dispatches next business day. Delivery in 3-5 business days.

It's Christmas, which means the post is very slow. We are sorry about this, and wish we could speed it up too!

UK: The majority of standard postage orders arrive within 1-3 business days of being dispatched, but sometimes may take longer than this, particularly during the holiday season. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive before contacting us.

International: The majority of orders arrive within 1 week of being dispatched, but sometimes may take longer than this, particularly during the holiday season. Please allow 15 business days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive before contacting us.

If you're unhappy with your candles from us for whatever reason, please get in touch via the contact page, citing your order number in the subject line, or simply reply to your dispatched email notification and we will make arrangements based on the situation.

Any items that arrive damaged will be replaced ASAP by us, or refunded should you prefer. Just send us a photo of the damaged goods.

In the unlikely event an order from us goes missing in transit, and our delivery partner cannot locate it, we will send out a replacement order to you or issue you a full refund should you prefer. 

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible in our entire manufacturing process, including all our packaging. 

Your items will come wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, paper cushion wrap and/or biodegradable bubble wrap. Orders are shipped in an FSC approved cardboard box secured with 90% recycled packing tape. Everything is either recyclable, has been recycled, or biodegradable. 

If you're ordering a gift from us, let us know in the order checkout notes and we will make it extra special for your giftee inlcludng a special message from you to them <3

Esh candles are made prodominitaly with natural Soy Wax. Some of our candles also contain Beeswax, Vegetable, and Paraffin wax all manufactured in Europe. We also use organic pigment dyes, recyled cotton wicks, cold-pressed essential oils, and paraben free fragrance oils. See each products description for a detailed breakdown of all materials and ingredients used. 

If you do choose to burn your candle, you can dispose of any leftover wax remnants, in your home compost or garden waste bin. All our candles are naturally biodegradable and will break down over time. 

Some of our candles are made with essential oils (see product description), so we recommend using a wax burner to get the most out of your candle burn.  

Yes! At Esh, we not only make all our candles ourselves, we also design, manufacture, and build all of our candle shapes forms and moulds.

Esh has worked on big and small custom projects from the Barbican Centre, and Royal Botanical Kew Gardens, to weddings and boutique store offerings.
